Leica Geosystems Ltd, in the UK, are pleased to offer access to the award winning SmartNet RTK correction service with payments by Direct Debit.  For all new licence purchases and licence renewals from the 1st of July 2009, customers will be able pay with the convenience of twelve equal monthly payments.  This has the benefit of spreading the capital outlay throughout the period of usage of the service.

How to pay by Direct Debit?
Simply indicate when you wish to purchase your new or renewed licence that you wish to pay by Direct Debit when you place your order and we will issue a Direct Debit Mandate and Guarantee form for you to complete and return.

When will payment be taken?
The Direct Debit payment will be collected on either the 10th or the 20th day of the month depending on the start date of the licence; we will indicate which date with the order confirmation documents.

What happens when it is time to renew the licence?
With Direct Debit we can automatically renew your licence at the end of the 12 month period.  We will inform you of the imminent automatic renewal during the 11th Month of the licence period.  Should you wish to continue with the service there is no need to do anything.  If you wish to cancel the service please let us know within 14 days of receipt of the renewal notice. 

What if I need to issue a new Purchase Order number?
Should you need to raise a new purchase order for the renewed licence, please do so within 14 days of the renewal notice quoting the original licence contract number.  The licence will then continue seamlessly with the existing Direct Debit schedule.

Can I change my licence type?
Please confirm whether you wish to change your licence type, for example from Low to High User, within 14 days of the renewal notice, we will then contact you to make the arrangements.
N.B.  Please remember that the licence contract is for a minimum of period of twelve months, cancelling the Direct Debit payment will not terminate the licence contract.  Any price variations will be confirmed at the time of renewal.
